Brenda founded Andavo Meetings and Incentives in 1992 and has grown a client base that includes Fortune 50 – 500 companies.  With a background in law and business, she has continuously focused on putting people over profits and delivering maximum return to the client’s bottom line. She has been featured in books on women’s executive leadership and honored as Business Woman of the Year in Denver and the Most Influential Woman CEO in Hospitality and Tourism in the North San Francisco Bay. She firmly believes in giving back to the community and supports charities including Sungate Kids, Children’s Hospital, Juvenile Diabetes Research and MaxFund. Her recent professional designations include:  The Crisis Management Institute Certification, Harvard Law Certification on Negotiation and Leadership and the Institute of ROI Methodology.

With extensive hotel and supplier industry background and relationships, Britt delivers consistency and maximum efficiencies in the planning process for sourcing, contracting, compliance and spend management.  Since 1996, her Andavo client and vendor relationships have been founded on the highest customer service backed by unmatched attention to detail.  Britt has developed a systematic tracking of client’s meeting spend to measure cost savings, cost avoidance and lost savings opportunities. Her portfolio of meetings includes global and national destinations and a dedication to Andavo’s long time Fortune 50 account base.

Heather has 20 years in the event planning industry, and has been with Andavo since 2000. Heather specializes in incentives and conferences of 500 – 3000 attendees.  She is a true master at all logistics with special skills at food and beverage management, AV and production oversight and hotel contract compliance. Heather can keep a million balls in the air with a smile because she is always able to put herself in her customer’s shoes. Her steadfast protection of the client’s bottom line has been rewarded with 15 year client loyalty to Andavo and Heather’s team.

Cherie has been Andavo’s Controller since 2002, but Cherie is more than your ordinary accountant! Responsible for the financial integrity of Andavo, Cherie works with each program manager to ensure that client budgets are balanced and reconciled to the last penny. A true people person, Cherie wears an HR hat in the office, but also acts as a registration desk representative on site. This first-hand experience working on client programs allows Cherie to contribute to Andavo’s tailored approach and showcase her focus on customer service!

An unexpected series of events dropped Victoria into the events industry in 2010 and she hasn’t looked back since. She discovered that her passion lies in creating spaces for people where experience is had and memories are made. She knows that corporate events are never just events – they are opportunities for inspiration, engagement, promotion, and connection. With an extensive background in both production and marketing, Victoria is able to keep one eye on strategic messaging and the other on innovative design helping clients achieve their larger goals and ignite attendee experience. She spearheads all things creative for the Andavo team while also managing client programs from top to bottom.

Jessica, CMP, is an experienced Meetings Professional with a proven history of working in Fortune 500 companies, financial services and the hospitality industries. Jessica brings over 12 years of experience starting out at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas where she received her BS focused in Hotel Management and Specialization in Meeting and Event Planning. Jessica is well versed in RFPs, hotel negotiations, hotel sourcing, event management, sponsorships, and ROI/ROE. Her passion is making a client’s vision into a reality. When Jessica is not busy planning events, she can be found at home in Colorado with her husband and her two energized little boys, Brody and Brecken.

Erin brings over 15 years industry experience to Andavo including event management, trade shows, and travel management. Working with Andavo since 2013. Erin serves on the registration technology team as well as the event logistics team. She is passionate about innovation and customer service. Her specializations include: international meetings, project management and contract negotiation. Erin’s collaborative style and high energy are recognized and appreciated by Andavo’s clients.

Her passion for marketing, photography, event logistics, and creating memorable experiences for guests is what makes her an asset to the team.
