Brenda founded Andavo Meetings and Incentives in 1992 and has grown a client base that includes Fortune 50 – 500 companies.  With a background in law and business, she has continuously focused on putting people over profits and delivering maximum return to the client’s bottom line. She has been featured in books on women’s executive leadership and honored as Business Woman of the Year in Denver and the Most Influential Woman CEO in Hospitality and Tourism in the North San Francisco Bay. She firmly believes in giving back to the community and supports charities including Sungate Kids, Children’s Hospital, Juvenile Diabetes Research and MaxFund. Her recent professional designations include:  The Crisis Management Institute Certification, Harvard Law Certification on Negotiation and Leadership and the Institute of ROI Methodology.

Her portfolio of meetings includes global and national destinations and a dedication to Andavo’s long time Fortune 50 account base.

Heather has 20 years in the event planning industry, and has been with Andavo since 2000. Heather specializes in incentives and conferences of 500 – 3000 attendees.  She is a true master at all logistics with special skills at food and beverage management, AV and production oversight and hotel contract compliance. Heather can keep a million balls in the air with a smile because she is always able to put herself in her customer’s shoes. Her steadfast protection of the client’s bottom line has been rewarded with 15 year client loyalty to Andavo and Heather’s team.

Ezana brings extensive knowledge and expertise in the airline industry and corporate travel management to the Andavo Team.  Using his first-hand experience in every major international and US market, he knows where Andavo’s client should go before they do. Ezana’s passion is asking “why”. His excitement comes from helping clients articulate their company’s meeting and event objectives and then tying them to business goals.  He is an expert at developing metrics to demonstrate the return on investment for his client’s events and has recently been certified by the Institute of ROI Methodology. His mission is to ensure that “any event worth planning is worth measuring!” Ezana has been an Andavo team asset since 2001.

Marissa brings over 18 years of meeting and event industry knowledge and experience to Andavo. Her finance and accounting background drives her passion for project management and perfection. Her clients value her innovative thought process and management of logistics down to the finest detail.  With Andavo since 2009, Marissa has implemented critical organizational strategy and developed a loyal following of clients from emerging dot-coms to Fortune 50’s.  Her specializations include destination sourcing, creative marketing, supplier negotiations and superior customer service.

Cherie has been the controller with Andavo since 2002. She is more than your ordinary bean counter!  She is responsible for the financial integrity of Andavo plus she ensures that the client budgets are balanced and reconciled to the last penny. In her spare time, she serves as the fire marshal and risk officer for the Andavo office site. Cherie occasionally acts as an onsite registration desk coordinator which gives her first-hand experience with our client’s and their valuable programs.

Emily brings a passion for marketing, writing and communication to her role as Program Manager, focusing her skills on social media, registration, and attendee communications management. Starting as an intern with Andavo in 2010, Emily has been instrumental in the advancement of registration technology process and standard procedures, serving as the senior registration team leader for several 3000-participant conferences.  Her drive for perfection is exhibited in her each of her specializations:  room block management, contract compliance, signage and collateral design and management,  transfer management, floor plan design and facilities oversight.

She is a skilled travel industry veteran with broad knowledge of domestic and international air travel and creative and customized itineraries.  Stephanie’s programs include small and large incentives in both US and international markets. Her specializations include: superior attention to customer service, marketing collateral, website design, attendee management, food and beverage and budgeting.
