The Andavo Story is About
Our Story is About
At Andavo, most of our team evolved into their positions, drawn to our company based on their desires to cultivate powerful experiences that trigger participants on a deeper, remarkably human level.
With a diverse variety of backgrounds, our Denver corporate event planning team comes from fields far and wide. We didn’t start off as event planners. But we have embraced our roles with a passion that revolutionizes your meetings.
WE ARE HUMAN ENGAGEMENT
WE ARE HUMAN ENGAGEMENT
At Andavo, the reason our employees love coming to work every day is the same reason we excel at planning extraordinary events and outstanding meetings: The Power of Human Engagement.
Once we realized nothing tops the personal investment people make towards their organization, this purpose has driven every aspect of our work.
By focusing on experiences that target attendee participation, engagement, and take away, we do not just set up events. We build relationships, connecting people with one another and building thriving ecosystems of engaged employees.
Our values, our families, our hopes, dreams and our dedication to giving back are part of our story.
THE ANDAVO WHY
THE ANDAVO WHY
What matters most to us is our commitment to The Andavo Why: Events are the best way to achieve your organization’s emotional connections, sense of unity, community and demonstration of ethical values!
When you hire Andavo, it is our job to handle the nitty gritty details. To offer your attendees an inspired experience while providing opportunities for growth. Our team is more than just event planners.
With intentional choices, we set up the perfect event your guests will talk about for years. We focus on the meaning of your event, the purpose of your mission, and the happiness of your attendees to create an experience that is powerful.
We work as members of your team, enablers of your vision, advocates for your needs, and a support system in times of crisis.
