The Goal

Following a difficult experience with another event planning company, this client partnered with AMI to handle the full logistics of their networking conference in Seattle, WA. Their needs included a site visit, pre-planning, an event website and registration, logistics, sourcing, food and beverage, hotel set up, hiring a production company, and signage. They were also seeking to host their reception in an off-site venue.

The Achievement

As this event is one the client hosts year after year, AMI sought to provide a new and exciting experience for event attendees. We also understood their overall goals were to bring their global network together to educate them, provide networking opportunities, and present awards. On-site at the Sheraton Seattle, the client’s 400 attendees enjoyed education forums, opening and general sessions, meals, award ceremonies, and breakouts. AMI also planned their off-site welcome reception at the Chihuly Garden and Glass museum in the Seattle Center. This stunning location provided the perfect opportunity for a new experience, eye-catching surroundings, and space to mingle and network.
